Shipping Policy
We believe receiving something from The Frill Edit should feel as special as unwrapping a little interior indulgence—because it is. Every pillow cover is made to order, just for you, with a whole lot of care and a little bit of frill.

Processing Time
Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process before they ship out. Each piece is made to order in our studio with care and attention to detail.

Shipping Timeline
Once your order leaves our studio, standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days. We ship with trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
We keep it simple:

$15 flat rate for all orders

Need it faster?
We don’t offer rush shipping at checkout, but feel free to reach out to orders@thefrilledit.com before placing your order—we’ll always try to work a little magic if we can.

Tracking
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships, so you can follow its journey home.

A Note on Delivery Responsibility
Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages caused by the carrier. That said, if something seems off, please reach out—we’re always happy to help troubleshoot where we can.
