Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds
Because everything we make is individually crafted to order, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds—unless there’s a clear defect in your item (which we hope is never the case). If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@thefrilledit.com within 2–3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the date the item was received, a clear photo of the issue, and a short explanation of the problem. If your return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable, and we are unable to accept returns based on color variation, as slight differences may occur due to dye lots or screen settings.
Exchanges
Changed your mind? We completely understand. Exchange requests are welcome within 5 days of receiving your order and are subject to approval. To be eligible, all items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging.
To request an exchange, please email orders@thefrilledit.com with your reason for the exchange, your order number, the date your order was placed and received, and the item(s) you’d like to exchange for. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected, and if it meets our quality standards, we’ll process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges for final sale items.
