All of our pieces are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or issue refunds unless there’s a clear defect. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at orders@thefrilledit.com within 2–3 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a short note describing the issue—we’ll make it right if we can. Exchange requests are welcome within 5 days of receiving your order and are subject to approval. All items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Do you inspect items before shipping?
Absolutely. Every pillow cover is made with care and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Issues are rare, but if something does slip through, just email us at orders@thefrilledit.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it.

We get it—plans shift. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us at orders@thefrilledit.com within 24 hours of placing it. As everything is made to order, we begin processing soon after, so we can’t guarantee changes after that window—but we’ll do our best.

We offer a range of signature sizes designed to layer beautifully and bring dimension to your space. Square Sizes: Classic, Signature, Grand, Grand Luxe. How do I care for my pillow covers?
Each cover comes with a coordinating care card and labeled tag, so you’ll know exactly how to treat it. While care instructions vary slightly by fabric, we recommend professional dry cleaning to keep your cover looking its best. We prioritize using natural, high-quality fabrics whenever possible—but sometimes we choose a synthetic or blended textile when the design calls for it. We believe in transparency, so you’ll always find the fiber content and material details listed on each product’s page.
Where are your covers made?
Every pillow cover is handmade in our small studio in Atlanta, Georgia. We produce in small batches and make each piece to order with care—no mass production, no shortcuts.
What kind of closures do your covers have?
We use invisible nylon zippers that closely match the color of the fabric for a seamless, elevated finish. Our Signature Lumbar pillows feature a soft nylon zipper with a brass pull for added polish. In an effort to align more closely with our sustainability goals, we're currently exploring alternative zipper options with a lower environmental impact.
Do you offer custom sizes or colors?

These differences are part of what gives each piece its character — but rest assured, what you see is a very close representation of what you’ll receive.
