Can I return or exchange my order?
All of our pieces are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or issue refunds unless there’s a clear defect. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at orders@thefrilledit.com within 2–3 days of delivery with your order number, a photo, and a short note describing the issue—we’ll make it right if we can. Exchange requests are welcome within 5 days of receiving your order and are subject to approval. All items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Do you inspect items before shipping?
Absolutely. Every pillow cover is made with care and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Issues are rare, but if something does slip through, just email us at orders@thefrilledit.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We get it—plans shift. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us at orders@thefrilledit.com within 24 hours of placing it. As everything is made to order, we begin processing soon after, so we can’t guarantee changes after that window—but we’ll do our best.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. If you're shopping from elsewhere and falling in love with a piece (we get it), email us at hello@thefrilledit.com and we’ll see what we can do.
How long will my order take?
Most orders ship within one week. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Not at this time — we like to take our time and get every detail just right. That said, if you're on a tight deadline, email us at orders@thefrilledit.com before placing your order. We’ll always try to work a little magic if we can.
Do your pillow covers come with inserts?
Our covers are sold without inserts, so you can use your own—or grab the perfect fit through us when purchasing a cover. Insert options appear during checkout for select styles.
Can I buy inserts separately?
Inserts are exclusively available to customers purchasing (or who have purchased) our pillow covers. We don’t sell them individually—we like to keep things intentional.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of signature sizes designed to layer beautifully and bring dimension to your space. Square Sizes: Classic, Signature, Grand, Grand Luxe. Lumbar Sizes: Petite Lumbar, Classic Lumbar, Signature Lumbar. Not sure which size is right for your space? Check out our size chart for a visual guide.
Do you offer custom sizes or colors?
We don’t offer standard customization, but we’re always open to creating something more bespoke. If you have something specific in mind, reach out to us at hello@thefrilledit.com and we can explore it together.
Is The Frill Edit hiring?
We're not actively hiring right now, but we’re always open to connecting with thoughtful, detail-driven individuals who love craftsmanship and small-batch production. We frequently hire for roles such as Batch Sewing Specialist, Operations Assistant, Social Media & Content Intern, E-Commerce Intern, and Digital Operations Assistant. Can I send an order as a gift?
While we don’t offer formal gift packaging just yet, every order from The Frill Edit is wrapped with care in our signature style—beautiful, sustainable materials that feel like a gift in themselves. Each package includes an envelope with care instructions and thoughtful presentation. If you're sending a gift, feel free to email us at orders@thefrilledit.com after placing your order. We’ll remove pricing from the packing slip and make sure it arrives presentation-ready.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We offer 15% off your first order when you subscribe to our emails, and we provide free shipping on orders over $300. We also include surprise codes and early access offers in our newsletters—so be sure to join to stay in the loop.

Do you Offer Samples?
We don’t offer swatches as part of our regular shopping experience — The Frill Edit is built around curated collections designed to be experienced as a whole. We photograph each piece in detail and in styled settings so you can see how the fabric moves, layers, and feels within a space.
That said, if you’d like to request a small sample before committing, please reach out to us at orders@thefrilledit.com. We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
